For all orders placed on or after October 30, 2025, you can:

  • View your current order status

  • Access tracking information (where applicable)

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.


✍️ Personalised Items

If your order includes personalised items (such as name printing, numbers, or badges), please allow an additional 3 working days for processing.

This applies regardless of the delivery method selected at checkout.


🌍 Customs & Duties

  • EU Orders: Any applicable duties and taxes are displayed and charged at checkout.

  • Non-EU Orders: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged once the shipment reaches the destination country.
