UK Standard Delivery takes 1–3 working days from the date your order leaves the Dash Racegear warehouse. This service does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and parcels may be left in a safe place where appropriate.
Please allow up to 6 working days before contacting our Customer Service team regarding tracking.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK, and remote areas may take longer.

UK Express Delivery

UK Express Delivery takes 1 working day from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Orders must be placed before 8pm and must not include personalization or badge printing to qualify for the fastest dispatch.
Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK, and remote locations may take longer.

If your order includes a personalized item, dispatch time may be extended regardless of the delivery service chosen. Estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the weight, size, value, and destination of your order.

We do not guarantee delivery on weekends or public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Transit times vary depending on destination.

International Standard Delivery

This service may be delivered via a local postal carrier and may not include tracking. If tracking is available, it will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 working days, but please allow up to 25 working days from dispatch for international standard deliveries.

Eligibility for International Standard Delivery:

• Order weight under 2kg

• Order value under €150

• Package size not exceeding 60cm x 60cm x 60cm

If your order exceeds any of these limits, standard international delivery will not be available.

International Express Delivery

Our express international service is fully trackable. Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, with a maximum allowance of 10 working days from dispatch.

Remote destinations may experience longer transit times. Shipping costs depend on order weight and volume.

Personalised or made-to-order items may extend dispatch times. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed at checkout.

Made-to-order or personalised orders may ship using an untracked service. Any non-delivery claims must be reported within 45 working days from the shipping date. After this period, Dash Racegear cannot guarantee further assistance.

Stock Availability

If your order contains items with different availability dates, the order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Mexico Orders

To comply with local regulations, all orders shipped to Mexico require a valid RFC (Tax ID). The courier will contact you directly to collect this information before delivery.
